These standard aluminum grated panels are designed to hold up to 1500 pounds and are interchangeable with the 3500 Series. Easy installation offers many design options and the flexibility to modify the floor system as your flooring needs change.
The 1500-pound series is the industry standard for clean environment applications such as manufacturing areas, clean rooms, and standard walkways. These die-cast panels provide a corrosion-resistant fit throughout the entire floor system.
The 1500 Series is also available with or without stringers and corner-lock holes.

In-Depth Product Description
This aluminum panel system kit consists of panels that are 24” x 24” and are lightweight for ease of handling.
These rigid die-cast aluminum panels meet class A fire ratings and contain no ferrous materials to disrupt magnetic fields. A conductive gasket ensures continuous conductivity.
The kit includes the adhesive that holds the pedestal bases to the sub-floor, the pedestal assemblies consisting of an all-aluminum base and adjustable head (1" up and 1" down), 2 ft stringers with stainless steel screws and the 24” x 24” panels (which fit on the pedestal head.)
Forbo Colorex SD is a static dissipative homogeneous floor covering in tile format. The technology ensures permanent ESD properties throughout the life of the product, regardless of the humidity level of the area. Because of the dense of network of conductive veins, static charges flow easily through the floor to the earth.
Colorex SD can withstand and control most demanding conditions and offers a suitable solution for highly sensitive areas such as cleanrooms and for most demanding production sites in the electronics, life sciences and manufacturing industry.
