Ground Floor™ ESD Designer Series is constructed with a conductive matrix that provides "top to bottom" as well as groundplane connection throughout. This construction provides permanent and guaranteed lifetime conductivity. No topical coatings are required to guarantee ongoing electrical performance. Since this construction does not rely upon dark colored chips or veining for its ESD properties more "Designer Friendly" colors are available. Four stock colors are available with a broad range of color options for custom order. Tiles are available in 18.5" x 18.5" x 2mm size. Roll size is 2m x 20m x 2mm. Color matched welding rods are available.

These direct glue-down options are a perfect alternative to our FreeStyle ESD™ interlocking floor when installing in open spaces, where downtime isn't a concern or where a seamless floor is required and where subfloors are ready to accept glue-down flooring.

For areas that do have subfloor problems, such as high moisture, or where downtime will be overly disruptive to your operations, our FreeStyle ESD™
and SelecTile ESD™ interlocking tiles are a great alternative.

GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series glue-down vinyl flooring complies with the requirements of ESD S20.20. Designer Series products are within the Dissipative range when tested under ESD STM 7.1.

Chemical Resistance GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series has been tested for solvent/stain resistance per ASTM F-925-96 against a number of fluids, such as oils, acids, solvents, and staining agents. Walking voltage results based on third-party certified laboratory testing. Results will vary depending on site conditions and footwear used. No ESD floor product will perform as designed without appropriate conductive footwear.

LIMITED 10-YEAR WARRANTY

GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series tiles are backed by a lifetime electrical warranty and a 10-year limited wear warranty.

INSTALLATION

For glue-down installations of all GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series products, the subfloor surface must be properly prepared and free of moisture, dirt, oils, and other foreign materials to ensure a reliable bond with the adhesive.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE

GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series Products are easy to maintain. Like all vinyl ESD floor products, a regular maintenance program is required to maintain the aesthetics and ESD performance.

ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFICATIONS

GroundFloor™ ESD Designer Series Resilient Flooring should have an electrical resistance of between 1x10^6 to 1x10^9 Ohms for static dissipative applications as measured pursuant to ANSI/ESD 7.1. This product shall offer a lifetime electrical and 10-year limited wear warranty.
